Parabolic SAR - Stop and Reversal Indicator E-mail

Parabolic SAR also known as Stop and Reversal Indicator is one of the indicators developed by J. Welles Wilder. The indicator shows some dots which appear above or below each bar or candle. You may use these dots as exit points for your trades. Click here for more information about this indicator. One approach would use SAR dots as trailing stop. Traders rarely use Parabolic SAR for trade entry.

Welles Wilder has also developed many other well-known indicators such as ATR (Average True Range) and RSI (Reversal Strength Index).
