You may find many Expert Advisors on websites, forums, and Forex blogs. An Expert Advisor could be a program that enables you to trade automatically or help you with your trades. Such programs are written for MetaTrader. You may attach an Expert Advisor or EA to a chart and then use it for trading. You, however, need to make sure that the programmer or your broker has not limited you in using the downloaded EA or any other Expert Advisor.
