Resistance Level is a price level that the exchange rate or rather the price of the currency pair fails to cross above it on two or more bars/candles (see image).
Resistance level could actually be a price range rather than a fixed price. We call such a range a Resistance Area or a Resistance Range or even a Resistance Zone.
